Dan Cooperman Chief Originations Officer

Dan Cooperman is Chief Originations Officer responsible for transaction origination. Mr. Cooperman has over 18 years’ experience in acquisition, financing, leasing and management of commercial real estate nationwide. Prior to joining Terra in 2003, Mr. Cooperman managed the debt placement activities of The Greenwich Group International, a real estate investment banking firm. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President in Chase Manhattan Bank's Global Properties Group, where he worked on the bank's strategic real estate acquisitions and divestitures, and also spent three years in acquisitions and asset management at JGS, a Japanese conglomerate with global real estate holdings.

Mr. Cooperman received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
