Michael Muscat Managing Director

Michael Muscat is a Managing Director responsible for supervising transaction underwriting and asset management. Mr. Muscat has over 15 years’ experience in the acquisition, financing and management of over $5 billion of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Terra, Mr. Muscat was a Director at Citigroup, where he originated and underwrote commercial real estate high-yield debt and joint venture transactions. He also took the lead role in asset managing proprietary investments and enhancing joint venture partner relationships. Previously, he was a Vice President in J.P. Morgan Investment Management's Real Estate Group, overseeing approximately $1 billion of core and value-added real estate assets for the firm's commingled funds and separate account clients.

Mr. Muscat holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from New York University's Stern School of Business.
